Master Classes Complete their World Tour for 2011

…And we’ve put a lot of pins on our travel map in the process. When we weren’t busy flying from San Diego to Santiago this year, we were crossing the ocean(s) to Europe and beyond. We brought our free Master Classes not only across the Americas, but to a variety of European and Pan-Asian locations as well, attracting 1,176 hospitality industry professionals. Rounding out a successful year, our series of free educational seminars voyaged to 8 more world cities: Rome, Milan, Jakarta, Bali, Bangkok, Phuket, Liverpool, and Exeter.

With Ollie the Owl and our top-notch TripAdvisor for Business team in tow, we crisscrossed North and Latin America this year with a series of free educational seminars specifically designed for hospitality industry professionals. Led by TripAdvisor and industry experts, these Master Classes covered everything from maintaining a positive online reputation to enhancing your website with free tools.

TripAdvisor master classes are coming to Latin America

TripAdvisor is expanding its series of free master classes for hospitality industry professionals and marketers into Latin America with two new events in Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The events will take place at the end of October and are supported by both the Santiago and Argentina Ministries of Tourism.

California Master Classes get top reviews!

TripAdvisor’s most recent master classes in San Francisco and San Diego were a resounding success with more than 96% of attendees saying they found them useful or extremely useful. Some of the positive feedback received included comments such as:
