J’aime Tripadvisor parceque ce sont des gens sérieux sans aucune concession aux auteurs de faux commentaires. Les clients l’ont
bien compris car ils ont l’habitude de consulter les avis de voyageurs avant de faire un voyage. J’ai pris l’habitude, avant d’aller quelque part, de regarder ce que disent les gens qui y sont allés, les attractions et les visites à ne pas rater, et surtout de noter les endroits peu connus à découvrir
absolument. C’est une communauté de voyageurs, et j’aime autant lire que
d’écrire ce que je connais pour en faire profiter les autres! Les voyageurs savent bien qu’ils peuvent se fier à ce qui est écrit.

Very useful information to add listing to trip advisor
All my staff are looking at our reviews now and get very excited about positive mentions especially when they get a personal mention. It’s great for morale and it keeps them on their toes as they never know from who and when that next review is coming!
At Hotel Plaza De Armas we are taking serious step to improve our popularity ranking in Tripadvisor. We really think that these amazing video series must be seen for all hotelier and their staff.
How about levelling the playing field? I pay for a business listing, yet as a hostel I don’t get listing in the ‘hotel’ landing page. Nor do I show up on the specials list when a user clicks on “see all specials”.

Trip advisor has brought us a lot of business, we may have lost some too, you dont know about those! I am not convinced that a business listing at a price is worth the while though.
