New Master Classes announced as recent Miami event draws rave reviews

We’re pleased to announce three new North American Master Classes this summer, on the heels of a great event in Miami. The new cities and dates include Montreal on July 26, Chicago on August 9, and Dallas on August 30.

Is a TripAdvisor Master Class worth attending? Here’s what our June Miami participants had to say:

“Good session, worth three-hour drive”

“If I would have known this seminar was so impressive, I would have forced my whole marketing staff to come!”

“TripAdvisor has made a positive impact on my small hotel. The reviews and the ability to interact on the site has driven noticeable traffic for the past couple years.”

“I own six properties. I wish I knew how great this was going to be because I would have arranged for all of my general managers to come.”

“It’s great to learn about the ways we, as managers, should respond to guests reviews. It will definitely help me in the future.”

Learn more in the write-up from the Miami Herald.

The master classes are free and give property owners, managers and marketers an opportunity to ask questions, watch demos, and get tips on maximizing the benefits of their TripAdvisor listings.

Topics covered include:

– Enhancing your TripAdvisor listing.
– Maintaining a positive online reputation.
– Responding to guest reviews on TripAdvisor.
– Implementing strategies to help get more reviews on TripAdvisor.
– Increasing direct booking traffic to your property site.
– Enhancing your website with free TripAdvisor tools.
