St Mary's Hall
“TripAdvisor has been the single best marketing tool for us to date. We’ve found that more people are finding us through TripAdvisor than any other way.  We’re very pleased with that.”
-Joan Mossop, Owner, St. Mary Hall Bed and Breakfast

Rowton Hall Hotel“TripAdvisor is the best known website for consumer hotel reviews worldwide. We know that many of our prospective guests are on the site and it makes sense for us to be part of the conversation.  Our hotels generally receive very positive feedback on TripAdvisor.  We have encouraged our hotels to write management responses to customer reviews on TripAdvisor, which builds loyalty, and most of them now do.  As a hotel marketing consortium for quality independent hotels, TripAdvisor is a vital marketing channel for us and it undoubtedly drives significant traffic to our properties.”
-Len Louis, Chief Executive, Classic British Hotels

“CitizenM loves TripAdvisor and uses it as its internal benchmarking tool and rewards staff based on its members feedback. This platform forces hotels to perform on a global stage with curtains always open, you have to stay focused on delivering constantly, which sets the best apart from the rest.”
-Lennert de Jong, Distribution Director, Citizen M

“TripAdvisor has been an integral part of our business for many years, not only providing exposure to millions of potential guests but allowing us to monitor and react to customer feedback and so drive our absolute commitment to attentive personalised service and high levels of comfort.”
– Jonathan Raggett, Managing Director, Red Carnation Hotels
